Can also be performed with double woodwind:

2 flutes (2 doubling picc.), oboe, cor anglais, 2 clarinets (2 doubling bass clarinet) and 2 bassoons.

There are 2 horn parts, however, with a larger string section 4 horns might be preferable. The score/parts indicate which passages can be doubled up.
